About MPIENQ

The Māori and Pacific Islander Education Network, Queensland (MPIENQ) was founded following a meeting on September 17th, 2021, when Māori and Pacific Islander academics collaborated to address the unique challenges and aspirations of these communities. Today, MPIENQ is led by a team of passionate educators from a variety of institutions, united in their commitment to fostering collaboration, professional growth, and cultural advocacy for Māori and Pacific Islander educators and students across Queensland
